Well , this is my consecutively third book review blog because I can't resist myself from reading books now a days . I am heading towards the last year of my undergraduate programme and I have to prepare myself for Post Graduate studies in future so I am just pulling my socks up by reading few accomplished non fictions mostly political and historical and yet one book which caught my attention was " Pax Indica " by Dr. Shashi Tharoor . Well , whenever we talk about Hindu religion some facts strike in our mind like the oldest religion of the world , saffron cloth wearing , old temples , Sanskrit chants , worshiping on the bank of river , numerous deities and gods etc.  India is such a vast country and Hinduism is spread all over the sub continent , although India is a secular nation where all religion exists under the same sky but here in this blog I am talking specifically about the Hinduism and place where you can truly find the assent of real Hinduism i.e. Haridwar  .  Situated on the Himalayan belt in the south west of Uttrakhand state joining borders with Uttar Pardesh state and becoming the first plane city after the mountains of Himalayas. Well , I can confidently say that my summer holidays went quite productive because the books which I opted to read and especially non fictional were exhilarating and I was poured with great facts and knowledge which were unclear to me and helped me to understand better about some of the few ideologies and incidents which are very essential to understand today because the facts are portrayed in a very distorted manner especially about the deeds and misdeeds of Indian freedom struggle and post independence era.  (Image Source : The one who is writing the blog !
